It is a place to sleep. Near the central train station. I guess it is ok priced.
It has no charm at all. The spotlights on the wall could light up a football stadium. Just an appartment building with small rooms for rent organized remotely by a call center and an App that I could not make work. I Called the call center and a person guided me without any enthusiasm on her side.

"Extremely clean and spacious room in a perfect location - quiet but right in the middle of things. We didn't have any problems at all with checking in and out and actually appreciated the flexibility ..."
