I honestly don’t know where to begin when describing the experience my group of 11 had at Riad Koutchi in Marrakech. ❤️
Maybe I should start with my very first communication with OUMAYMA, who made me feel even more confident about my choice from the very beginning. Because for me, when I organize a trip, the experience starts long before the group arrives at the destination.
Located in the Old Town area, the riad is perfectly situated, with easy access to the Medina on foot and by car. It has been completely renovated, feels brand new, and is exceptionally clean. Every little detail has been carefully considered, even the soft background music, which creates such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
And then there’s the food… absolutely another level! Delicious flavors, beautifully prepared dishes, and an experience that made every meal special. 😍
The staff were wonderful: professional, communicative, welcoming, and always ready to help. Together with OUMAYMA, we also organized our three days of guided tours, with every detail taken care of, from transportation and our driver to the local guides. Their attention and kindness were felt throughout our stay, always making sure we were welcomed back and taken care of whenever we left or returned to the riad.
And the traditional Moroccan mint tea? The perfect excuse to slow down, sit together, chat, laugh, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this beautiful place. ☕️
The architecture was another highlight. Every corner was beautiful and incredibly Instagrammable, especially for me, as aesthetics and content creation are part of my work.
But what touched me the most was the human connection. It was OUMAYMA’s birthday, yet she still made time to be there personally to welcome us. A small gesture that says so much about a person’s character and dedication.
My entire group had such a wonderful time, and as the organizer, I felt at ease knowing I had chosen a place where every detail was handled with genuine care.

Phenomenal, absolutely WONDERFUL service by Oumayma and the other gentleman (apologies forgot his name). The loveliest people. The Riad is beautiful, rooms are clean, beds are perfect. The location is unbeatable as this is inside the Medina but right on the edge, so away from noise and chaos. Great breakfast, everything was flawless. THANK YOU.

It was very well kept. Beautiful decorated and very comfortable beds.
There is no soundproofing so you can hear everything from inside or outside the room. Although it was still relatively quiet.
