Central location, comfy beds, and good overall value

The rooms were very comfortable with great beds and comfy pillows. We really appreciated the kitchen appliances and the other amenities (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, kitchenware, etc). The central location is great, as is the WiFi. Some good food choices just one street over also made for convenient mealtimes. The hosts were kind in their communication and have done a great job in the recent renovations.

The lack of AC was tough, especially given the heat of summer. The large living room windows do allow for some airflow; but at night, the noise from the street below meant we had to keep them closed. Fans in each room would have been very helpful. Information for check-in/checkout was limited, and we had to walk over 10 minutes with luggage due to a lack of close parking (no one's fault, just an FYI).
