Clean., confortable & central athough needs a bit of TLC

Location perfect . The administration, after a few messages, were very good … better than most Heating was very good. Safe and secure. Bed linen very nice.

The photos advertising the property were generous and tbh the apartment needs a bit of TLC. Attention needed to doors … sink fittings.. bed legs… headboards

Great break in a clean comfortable property perfect location for a couple of days stay

Great central location

A couple of problems with the property some within the control of the landlord others outside of their control and comms on this were good

Disappointing Apartment, Perfect Location

The location of the apartment is definitely its strongest point: it is truly excellent, right in the city centre, and as soon as you step outside, you are in the heart of Bilbao’s nightlife.

Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment is well below expectations, especially in terms of general maintenance. During our stay, we encountered numerous problems: - none of the internal doors close properly, as they are all out of alignment; - the armchairs in the living room have completely crooked legs and look as though they could collapse at any moment; - the shower door is unstable and seems to be barely holding together; - the toilet seat is broken; - the toilets do not flush properly: after flushing, what has been flushed tends to come back up; - the windows and frames are practically non-existent, and the sound insulation is extremely poor; - the kitchen is simply no comment — we ended up eating out for both lunch and dinner every day. The latter issue is particularly problematic given the central location: the noise from the nightlife continues until late at night and, with virtually no sound insulation, it feels as though the people outside are actually inside the apartment. We have photographic evidence documenting the condition of the apartment and shared with the host, but with any feedback. Another thing that left us puzzled was the €300 security deposit. Considering the overall state of maintenance of the apartment, it is difficult to understand the rationale behind requiring such a substantial deposit when the property already contains several damaged or non-functioning items.

Special sophisticated spacious apartment

The location, the sophisticated city vibe, the friendly helpful owner, the little balcony

Tricky parking– have to park outside of old town and find your way down. A little noisy Saturday night.
