I loved that it had everything that I needed, private bathroom, kitchenette etc.. fantastic!
The only thing was that I could hear everything from the neighbour (who was awake very early), even his coughing.

The bed room was very clean, the kitchen although dated was also very clean.
Was surprised about the first impression of the place as it was not as expected. However the clean room and the friendly owners made up for it. Good value near the airport.

Convenient location as I had an early flight from Perth Airport. Clean but basic accommodation which I suppose is reflected in the price. Didn’t see the owner but she was very helpful in returning an item I left behind.
No heating in the unit - just an electric blanket on the bed and it was cold weather. Also no TV but good wifi and plenty of hot water in the shower.
