I liked the neighborhood, also the outlay of the apartment was nice and we felt comfortable. It has coffee machines for the early coffee :)
The WiFi and the tv was not working even if we did all that the stuff told us. The bathroom door was not closing well and the toilet seat made a noise.

Posizione ottima e struttura tenuta bene.
Abbiamo avuto problemi con il self check-in che ci ha fatto perdere almeno 30 minuti di tempo in quanto la combinazione comunicata per l’apertura del key box non funzionava. Il proprietario ha provveduto a sistemare il problema ma ciò ha comportato un lungo tempo di attesa per entrare in appartamento. La porta del bagno non si chiude completamente. Le scale sono molto strette e non c’è ascensore.

Super Lage, die top Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar
Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht wirklich ein separates Zimmer. Die Schiebetür ist locker installiert, so dass alles Geräusche in der Wohnung hörbar sind.
Das ganze Haus ist etwas hellhörig, wir haben das Türknallen vom Restaurant unten bis Mitternacht gehört

Boa localização - a 12 minutos a pé da Torre Eiffel e muito perto do metro.
Tem uma excelente loja que faz croissants mesmo por baixo. Recomendo comprar.
Casa de banho pequena, muito apertada. A porta da casa de banho não funciona, fica meia aberta, o que não dá privacidade.
Não recomendo para 4 pessoas. As pessoas que ficam na sala têm de passar no quarto para ir à casa de banho.
Cama com colchão demasiado mole.
Ao fazer o sofá cama reparei que o papel de parede estava a descolar. Estava uma camisola interior esquecida atrás do sofá cheia de pó, o que revela que a limpeza não foi bem feita.
O aquecimento não funcionava, apesar de estar ligado. O único que funcionava era o aquecedor de toalhas na casa de banho, mas ficou tão quente que queimei a mão ao sair do banho, visto que a casa de banho é muito apertada (cuidado!).
Cortinas péssimas! A cortina transparente encravou e não dava para a correr no varão depois.
