Great location, clean, comfortable and excellent ease of checking in/out.

It was clean and entire suit with kitchen, good location.
The property was, well located, and we left it in the same condition as we found it, following all instructions. However, the overall experience was not perfect. We stayed two nights, but no coffee was provided, even after I texted. Communication felt more focused on rules, monitoring small details like AC temperature, and extra charges than on guest comfort.
I expected a resort-style experience, but it felt more like a self-service B&B, including expectations to handle garbage and cleaning before checkout. The 5 p.m. check-in, 11 a.m. checkout, and extra charges for flexibility also felt restrictive. For only about $80 more, booking a Fairmont Hotel in advance could offer a much better hospitality experience.
Overall, the property itself was good, but the service and guest experience did not justify the price.
