It’s the worst place and people to stay

Was absolutely disgusting. It all started when I checked in; they even gave me the wrong code for the lock. I had to wait for them to come and open the door. The second door in the bedroom (if you can even call it that) doesn't close properly and constantly creaks terribly, as if someone else is there. It's incredibly loud. For the first few days, I couldn't sleep because there were these terrifying, eerie sounds coming from above, as if someone was constantly screaming, tormented, and screaming. I couldn't sleep even with earplugs, and it was incredibly scary. Right after I moved in, the light in the hallway didn't work, and the second light eventually burned out too. When I asked them to change it, they said okay, but they never did during my entire stay, which was several days. When I asked for a price so I could extend my stay, they quoted me a completely unreasonable price. When I later stumbled upon their listing on Booking.com, it turned out they were renting for half the price they'd quoted. When you take a shower, the water doesn't drain, but flows out. The entire bathroom, room, and entire apartment were in water. They ruined all my things, my suitcases, terribly. Check-out is at 11 a.m. and check-in is at 4 p.m., and when I asked for a late check-out, they wouldn't even agree to move it up an hour, to 12 p.m. They insisted I leave at 11 a.m., even though I'd stayed there for many days, paid for many days, and no one had checked in since. These people are not interested in your comfort or doing anything good for you, their only goal is to rip off as much money as possible from you

Ideal for Monte Carlo

Check-in and check-out were very easy. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was also excellent. I highly recommend it. There’s parking underneath the building.

Booking.com should stop to have a room like Anna, it‘s doesn’t work well!

Not impress at all

I don’t like what they treat us, not impressed at all , curtain broke nothing cover the window , we can’t stay there , and owner told us will tell booking.com to refund to us but not yet!
