The apartment is wonderful! It has a stylish interior, quality furnishings, everything you need for a comfortable stay, and a beautiful view. Excellent value for money. Thank you for your hospitality!
Unfortunately, the balcony door hardware is of very poor quality. As soon as we arrived, we tried to step out onto the balcony, but the door got stuck. We were offered another apartment, but it had exactly the same problem. We were then shown a third apartment, where the issue occurred again. Eventually, we returned to the original apartment and spent around 30 minutes trying to get the door closed properly.
This was frustrating and took up quite a bit of our time. The balcony doors definitely need attention.
Another thing to be aware of is that payment is cash only, and you need to have the exact amount, as no change is available. It would be helpful if guests were informed about this in advance.
Overall, these are issues that could easily be addressed and would make the guest experience much better.

I would like to share my experience honestly. The place is wonderful, beautiful, and very comfortable. It is especially suitable for families, and the location is excellent—very close to many services, restaurants, and cafés.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to families and anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.
