Amazing hotel, specially the staff, the location and the room space.

We stayed at Triumf Hotel during our road trip through the Balkans, and overall we had a very pleasant experience!
Upon arrival, we were immediately welcomed and guided into the underground parking garage. Parking space was quite limited, so we were asked to leave our car keys at reception in case the cars needed to be moved around. No problem for us!
The hotel is family owned, and the two sons who welcomed us were incredibly friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage to our room and even offered to arrange a car wash for us. After several weeks of travelling, our car was absolutely filthy, so we happily accepted their offer for an additional fee. Everything was arranged perfectly, and our car came back nice and clean!
The room itself was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower were perfectly fine as well.
The only disappointing part of our stay was breakfast. Unfortunately, the selection was quite limited, several items had already run out, and there was not much variety to choose from. Even the tea selection was rather disappointing. This could definitely be improved.
Nevertheless, the service and hospitality really stood out. The family clearly puts effort into making their guests feel welcome, and we genuinely appreciated all their help.
Overall, a comfortable hotel with exceptionally friendly staff and excellent personal service. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

The hotel is excellent in all respects: perfect location, quiet, large comfortable rooms, and gracious staff. It also has parking, which is important given its location in the old section of Prizren. Breakfast was fine, but not memorable. We’d stay there in the future.
