location was very good, but lack of maintenance made our 2 day stay - couldnt wait to leave.

the location was very good- clean linens(towels, sheets & comforters). Wifi was spotty in bedrooms, OK in living room.

No mention of 27 stairs to apt 6. no lift. No hand soap (bar or liguid) anywhere to be found, no shampoo or lotion/conditioner, no toilet paper holder, spotted carpet in both bedrooms, mold in and around shower area, shelves & walls with chipped paint, no bottled water in fridge (that would have been a nice welcome!) no written instructions for kitchen appliances. Mattresses need rotating(lumps in middle), couch seats were covered with another material - hiding something (we didn't look!) I notified owners of all the shortcomings and made many recommendations. They were apologetic and said they would look into our complaints & suggestions.

Dismally dissapointing.

I liked the space it provided for 3 people

I didn't like the location .Scruffy street, heavy student population in the area, comedy clubs, bars in the street open late creating noise into the early hours. If travelling alone, not an ideal location for a female solo traveller. Stairway unwelcoming.Lots of stairs even to the second floor apartment. Not ideal for someone with mobility issues or who have suitcases. No lift in the building. Apartment wasn't ready nor clean on check in. Toilet paper not provided. Apartment is in need of renovation especially the bathroom. Water pressure poor. No hot water from the tap in the kitchen. Flooring needs attention as part of the wooden flooring is missing causing a potential trip hazard. Some of the issues where brought to the attention of the company managing the booking on arrival. Communication continued after check out and photographs were offered as prove of the condition of the place, and sent. The people I communicated with from the company were understanding and apologetic. They said they would address the issues that I raised.

Edinburgh Apartment Blair Street

Location location location

Not as clean as we'd have liked. Mould in bathroom. No soaps. No wine glasses. Few teabags would have been nice. No tourist literature at all. No mirror in bedroom. A girl has to put on her makeup. Very late with precise address which affected planning itinerary.

I would not recommend. Surely a cleaner is employed to vacuum and wash floors in between guests as a regulatory sanitati

Location

Filthy carpet and tiles. Loose hairs throughout apartment. Mould in bathroom. No bowls to eat from. No plug. No tea towel. Very little soap on tap in the bottle.
