Location is great closed to everything on old town. Clean, spacious, well designed and well equipped apartment ever on our 2 weeks trip in UK. The host is great, kind, informative and quick response.

If you are traveling to Edinburgh with a group or family and want somewhere right in the middle of it all I can't recommend this place enough. For the same price as a couple of decent hotel rooms we had a whole apartment with plenty of space just off the Royal Mile, a few steps away from bars, restaurants and clubs.
The pay off for being so close to it all was the fact that there was noise through the night, not excessive amounts but if you are a light sleeper this is not for you. Also I was not overly impressed with check in from 4pm check out before 10am. Its a lovely apartment that we only had for one night and it was a shame the the check in and out timings squeezed the hours available to relax here. These though are minor gripes.

The location of this property was ideal! Right in Old Town, we were close to the Royal Mile and Edinburgh sights, and just a short walk to New Town and Dean Village. The property itself was so clean and comfortable, and the host was great! I highly recommend! Thank you!
