Spacious 90 m² loft with a separate bedroom (double bed) and an open-concept loft kitchen-living area with sleeper sofas, accommodating up to 6 people in total. A central oasis of calm: Located right in the heart of Gloggnitz, yet absolutely quiet thanks to its idyllic courtyard setting directly on the Schwarza River. Everything right at your doorstep: Numerous restaurants, cozy cafés, and all the shops you need for daily necessities are within easy walking distance. Pure nature: The perfect starting point for your exploration tours and hikes in the beautiful Rax and Semmering regions. Excellent transportation links: Gloggnitz train station is just a 15-minute walk away; the S6 expressway is only a 5-minute drive away. Payment is due in advance upon booking. You will receive a separate email regarding this. You can pay conveniently via bank transfer or PayPal. Check-in times: available starting at 2:00 PM. Check-out times: by 10:00 a.m. Since our apartment building has NO front desk, the keys will be left for you in a small key safe/box so that you can check in on your own after 2:00 p.m. The key safe is located right next to the building’s front door. The CODE for the key safe will be sent to you by EMAIL no later than the day of your arrival. A baby bed can be provided upon request for a fee of 30 EUR. Pets are not allowed. Extra bedding and towels are always provided for the sofa bed if more than 2 people are staying.
