A cozy and comfortable house, perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in Ouro Preto. The living room has air conditioning, a very comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful view of Pico do Itacolomi from the window. A soft lamp creates a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere at nightfall.

The first bedroom has three single beds, two of which can be joined to make a double bed, as needed. The mattresses are soft, with pillows protected by waterproof covers. The space also features a clothes rack with drawers and a dim light, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. In the hallway, there's a full-length mirror, perfect for getting ready before heading out to explore the city. The bathroom is complete, with a mirror, sink, shower stall, and a shower with a nice hot showerhead. We provide bath and face towels, dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and soap, hand sanitizer, and shower slippers. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a beautiful view of Pico do Itacolomi, as well as a mini wardrobe for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a table, blender, air fryer, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, stove with oven, electric grill, and electric pan for meats. There is also a cupboard with cutlery, plates and utensils, as well as items to prepare a delicious coffee after the tour, such as coffee grounds, sugar, and a water filter. From the kitchen, you can also enjoy a beautiful view of Itacolomi. The laundry room has a washing machine, ironing board, and portable clothesline. For family leisure time in the evenings, we provide games for fun and relaxation. Outside the kitchen there is a wall-mounted clothesline and another space with a pleasant view. The house has a private garage, and access to the accommodations are directly from there, ensuring greater security and convenience, without the need to go out onto the street after parking. Located in a quiet, peaceful and tranquil neighborhood, ideal for those who want rest and comfort during their stay.
