The apartment was clean, modern, and located in a very convenient spot. It is close to local shops, the train station, and within walking distance of the old town. Communication with the management agency was also good. The only downside is that there is a busy street nearby, so it was quite noisy at times. Overall, still a solid choice for a stay in Bari.

The location of the property is very convenient, right next to the pedestrian area in the city centre, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment has been renovated, including the bathroom. Heating is available, which I appreciated on the colder nights. Our apartment faced the back of the building, so we didn’t experience any street noise.
I didn’t like how easily noise from the hallway could be heard inside the apartment. It felt as though we were sharing the same house with all the other guests, with very little sound insulation.
Also, someone, presumably a member of the administrative staff, came every morning at around 6 AM and made a lot of noise, repeatedly slamming doors and moving objects around. This was very disturbing, especially for guests who are on holiday and want to rest.
The mattresses were also very uncomfortable. Despite the fact that the room had one double bed and one single bed, only one double duvet was provided, which was not sufficient.
Finally, I would recommend including daily housekeeping in the accommodation fee. Although the property is an apartment, it operates more like a hotel, and there were no basic cleaning supplies available for guests to use. Having the apartment cleaned daily would make the stay much more comfortable.
