Winzige Zimmer, für 8 Personen ungeeignet, inakzeptables Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - nie wieder
Die Betten waren bequem und die Wäsche sauber und angenehm. Die Küche ist ordentlich eingerichtet, Pfannen, Töpfe und Besteck waren sauber und hatten kaum Gebrauchsspuren.
Die Wohnung wird mit 120 m² angegeben, nach meiner Schätzung sind es nur wenig mehr als ca. 80 m². Mit 8 Personen ist man sich gegenseitig ständig im Weg, der einzige Aufenthaltsraum lässt sich nur durch eines der Schlafzimmer erreichen. Es gibt 4 winzige Schlafzimmer, alle nur wenig größer als die sich darin befindenden Doppelbetten, rings um die Betten ist gerade einmal 40 cm Platz, sodass alle Gäste nach einer Woche die Beine voller blauer Flecken hatten, weil wir uns ständig an den Bettkanten und -ecken gestoßen haben. Es gibt in der gesamten Wohnung fast überhaupt keinen Platz, um Kleidung, Wäsche oder sonstige Dinge auszupacken oder zu verstauen. Um die Koffer zu öffnen, muss man sie auf die Betten legen. Nur in einem der vier Schlafzimmer gibt es einen kleinen Kleiderschrank, in einem weiteren Zimmer eine Kommode und einen kleinen Tisch. Die Schranktüren lassen sich allerdings gar nicht richtig öffnen, weil das Bett im Weg ist. Die Zimmertüren lassen sich dagegen nicht richtig schließen. Alles ist entsetzlich eng und hellhörig. Die Fenster der meisten Schlafzimmer kann man auch nicht schließen, weil dort Abluftschläuche der Klimageräte hängen. Die Angabe, es gäbe in der Wohnung zwei Bäder, ist grob irreführend. Das eine „Bad“ ist so klein, dass man über das Bidet klettern muss, um die Badewanne zu erreichen, die Fußmatte wurde vermutlich noch nie gereinigt, die Fugen sind mit Silikon verschmiert. Das andere „Bad“ ist eine Art gefliester Schrank mit Falttür, einen halben Quadratmeter groß, mit einem WC darin und ringsum gerade einmal 10 cm Abstand, sodass man mit den Knien fast das Kinn berührt. In der Küche läuft Wasser von der Decke, wenn die Bewohner in der darüberliegenden Etage Duschen. Die Kommunikation seitens des Vermieters war unzureichend. Zusammengefasst ist die Wohnung für 8 Personen ungeeignet und außerdem für den mäßigen Komfort völlig überteuert.
