Very Noisy, 1st floor above smelly restaurant, bathroom full of mold and humidity

We stayed in this apartment for three nights as a group of nine family members.
Shortly before 14:00 on our arrival day, we were informed that one of the two bathrooms was completely unusable and locked due to storm-related damage. At that time, we were already on our way to the apartment. As a result, nine people had to share the remaining bathroom for the duration of our stay. The only available bathroom showed visible humidity and mold issues.
The host offered two separate apartments in different locations as a solution to the unusable bathroom. While we acknowledge this attempt to provide an alternative, we had intentionally booked one single apartment so our family could stay together. In addition, we had already arranged grocery delivery for nine people to this address, which made relocation impractical.
The apartment is centrally located. However, it is very noisy due to poor window insulation, and street noise can be heard constantly. Also, the apartment is poorly soundproofed and you can hear every step from upstairs. The building itself is in poor condition. The staircase consistently smells of deep-fried food from the fast-food restaurant on the ground floor. The odor also entered the bedrooms, as the restaurant’s air-conditioning unit is installed directly below the bedroom windows. Proper ventilation was not possible.
Regarding departure, a late check-out was offered but no specific time was communicated. The evening before leaving, we informed the host that we planned to depart at 14:30 and requested clarification. We received a response after 11:30 on departure day asking us to vacate within a short timeframe. This created avoidable logistical pressure for a group of nine.
The host later apologized for internal miscommunication. However, the unusable bathroom, the condition of the remaining bathroom, the noise and odor issues, the late notice about the bathroom before arrival, and the unclear communication significantly affected our stay.

A notre arrivée nous avons trouvé un logement très très sale, avec beaucoup d’humidité et de moisissures sur les murs
Après une nuit passée nous avons décidé de quitter le logement et loger ailleurs pour les 3 autres nuits
Loger dans un appartement aussi sale et « pourris » avec des enfants était pour nous inconcevable
Nous avons était très déçu, et je laisse quelques photos pour illustrer nos propos
