NOTHING AT ALL! DO NOT STAY HERE!!
I booked this hotel for seven nights but ended up checking out after just one because I genuinely did not feel safe staying there.
The biggest issue was that the door to my room would not lock properly. As a solo traveller, this was completely unacceptable and left me feeling vulnerable throughout my stay. I reported the issue to the hotel, but they showed little concern and failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation or offer an acceptable solution.
To make matters worse, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it very uncomfortable to spend any time in. It felt unclean and poorly maintained.
What disappointed me the most was the hotel's complete lack of customer care. Rather than apologising or taking responsibility, they dismissed my concerns and made no meaningful effort to resolve the issues. A hotel has a fundamental duty to provide guests with a safe, secure and clean room, and in my experience they failed on all three counts.
I lost the value of six unused nights because I had no choice but to find alternative accommodation where I felt safe because the hotel refused to refund me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, If management cannot ensure that room doors lock properly or respond professionally when serious safety concerns are raised, then they should not be accepting guests.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I will certainly never return.
Also there was no amenities at all, no front desk and gym was terrible, only one machine working and very dirty!
