Rude Management Team
Our experience here has been very mixed. The apartment is in a good location and, at first glance, it appears nice and clean. Unfortunately, once you look a little closer, there are some serious cleanliness and management issues.
We have had an ongoing problem with ants throughout the kitchen, including inside the fridge. On one occasion, my son opened his cereal box only to find it full of ants. You cannot leave any food out without risking having to throw it away.
We reported the problem, sent photographs and provided proof through WhatsApp. Despite this, when a member of staff came to the apartment, he told us that pest control could only be called if he could physically see ants during his visit. Because there happened to be no ants visible at that exact moment, he said nothing could be done.
I was honestly in disbelief. I explained that we had already sent photographic evidence and asked what exactly they expected us to do — leave sugar or food out until the ants appeared again just to prove the problem?
What made the situation worse was his attitude. He was extremely rude, dismissive and appeared completely uninterested in listening to what I was saying. In the end, we asked him to leave and told him we would continue communicating with the management team through WhatsApp. As he left, he slammed the door behind him, which I found completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
Rather than feeling like a guest reporting a genuine issue, I felt as though I was being treated like I was lying, despite already providing clear evidence.
Communication with the management team is also slow, even when you are reporting genuine problems and sending photographs to support what you are saying.
The apartment may give the impression of being clean when you first walk in, but when you look more closely, it is actually quite dirty, and we have had several unpleasant surprises during our stay.
My advice would be to be aware before booking.

Frustrating experience
Location is great
Overall, we had a great start to our stay. The apartment itself was spacious, well presented, and we were initially very happy. Unfortunately, we did experience a few issues from the very beginning.
On our first day, we noticed the apartment hadn’t been cleaned to the standard we would have expected. The dining table still had food debris trapped around the edges, which had attracted a large number of ants and resulted in an ant nest around the table. It wasn’t the welcome we were expecting, especially after arriving with our family. We contacted the management, who arranged for another cleaner to attend, and we requested that the apartment be given a proper deep clean.
Unfortunately, a few more issues arose that significantly impacted our experience. We noticed a leak in the bathroom ceiling, and on one occasion the air conditioning started blowing what we first thought was dust into the apartment. After reporting it, the maintenance team came out and confirmed it was actually mold inside the air conditioning unit.
This was particularly concerning as my family and I had started feeling unwell, and while we can’t say for certain that the mold was the cause, it certainly raised concerns and may have contributed. To their credit, the management responded quickly and arranged for the air conditioning unit to be professionally serviced. However, it was quite alarming that the mold had reached that level in the first place, especially considering the potential health risks. We also had to leave the apartment for around four hours while the work was carried out.
The following day was even more frustrating. Without any prior notice, decorators arrived to re-plaster and repaint the ceilings in both the bathroom and the kitchen following the repair work. They arrived at around 9:30 a.m. and remained until approximately 5:00 p.m.

The bath room was very small but i liked the shawer the most it was very nice
