About this apartment rental
The comfortable vacation apartment, App. B07-1, is located on the 7th floor of the Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf and features a beautiful ocean view and a furnished balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. The thoughtfully designed 3-room vacation apartment offers 53 m² of living space, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people, and features a practical floor plan.
The light-filled living area features a cozy sitting area with a Smart TV and panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. From here, you have direct access to the balcony—perfect for breakfast to the sound of the waves or a relaxing end to the day with an unobstructed view of the sea.
The open kitchen is modernly equipped with an induction stove, oven, and refrigerator. A dishwasher is provided for added convenience.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms:
One bedroom is furnished with a French double bed (sleeping area approx. 160 x 200 cm) and also offers a magnificent ocean view; a spacious closet easily accommodates your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom is located away from the main living area and features two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Both rooms can be darkened centrally via electronic blinds located in the master bedroom, ensuring nothing stands in the way of a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom is tastefully decorated in light colors and equipped with a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. A washer-dryer is available in a separate storage closet for your vacation laundry.
The vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Children are welcome, and one pet is allowed.
You are welcome to rent bed linens and towels for a fee or, alternatively, bring your own.
An outdoor parking space is included. Wi-Fi is available.
There is a children’s playground on the grounds of the complex, as well as a swimming pool right next to it.
Use of the swimming pool at the Panoramic complex is included during your stay.
From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The complex features 1- to 3-room vacation apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the first floor to the 18th floor, conveniently accessible by elevator or staircase. The elevator goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the stairwell. All vacation apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of them with wonderful ocean views.
The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; the balconies, of course, remain available for use.
