About this apartment rental
Welcome to the 3-room vacation apartment No. 28,
. The apartment is located in the first row of low-rise buildings with a terrace and ocean view. You can walk directly to the beach across the lawn in front of the apartment. The master bedroom has a French bed (1.4 m x 2 m). The children’s bedroom has a bunk bed (dimensions 0.8 m x 1.9 m). There is no space in the bedrooms to set up a travel crib. There is an interior bathroom with a shower and a kitchen that opens onto the living and dining area. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace, where you can already see the Baltic Sea. A staircase leads up to the apartment.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels.

Barbecuing is not permitted anywhere in the apartment complex.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is lifeguarded during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.
A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.
Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during this time.
The vacation complex features a shared laundry room with several washing machines and a clothes dryer. The machines can be used for a fee

Tolle Lage, kurzer Weg an den Strand, super Blick über die Ostsee. Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort bei Fragen
