Cockroaches
It's a big house
There is an online check-in procedure that didn't work; you have to upload your ID and a selfie for verification; I had no confirmation and I've contacted support several days before our arrival; they said that they'll deal with it ; they've dealt with it beautifully, when I was at the airport waiting to board the plane they've asked me to send again the photos !
The address is not easy to find ; if you look it up on google maps you'll see..... nothing, just the main road ; from which you have to take a private access road and go down on a very steep slope - so my advice, if you wish to come, arrive during day time and with a automatic gear box car
There is a digital entry lock ; from the inside, you have to push a button - which was intuitive - and turn a ring - which was much less intuitive ; so, the first day, we couldn't open the entry door from inside
Upon our arrival, the cockroaches - I've killed one in the kitchen and one in the sport room; so , with such an encounter the first day, I didn't sleep very well that night; the problem seemed limited - during our stay - to the sport room and the back kitchen - the one with the barbecue and the washing machine - and in witch there was a water leak and a mold odor
The main bedroom has a strange narrow window toward east, with no blinds or curtains; so we had to put some pillows and blankets to avoid being awaken by the sunrise at 7 AM
There is no dishwasher
