Al HAYAT PALACE HOTEL

Staff, and the location was s rounded with shops and markets.

Parking was little bit narrow.

while check out i forgot to take my mobile charger from the room. I called the reception to check. the lady called back very quickly and confirmed that my phone charges is available. I collected the same in the evening. staff was very helpful and courteous

1. the room and washroom doors give a shabby look. needs immediate polishing. this perhaps applies to the entire hotel 2. we asked for laundry plastic bags. we were told these r not available. instead they offered black garbage bags 3. from room phone we tried calling the house keeping but bell kept ringing. we then dialled the reception and asked for what we needed. there was delay as we had to remind 4. we were in room 901. it was two single beds room and we were two. there was only one big towel in washroom. we asked for 2nd and it was provided 5. there was no soap available in washroom 6. the main lifts were only upto ground level n from there were to take another lift to go to basement. no a good way to go to basement 7. while taking shower the water was spilling out to the washroom. this was dangerous due to slippery floor 8. the water knob of shower was dirty and badly repaired 9. the main room door was without the door closure so it was not closing on its own 10. there was no facility from hotel staff to take our car for parking. we were asked to go to basement on our own to park 11. wait time at check in counter can be reduced if there are at least 2 staff there
