Fairmont Ajman

I stayed at Fairmont Ajman with my children. Overall, the hotel has excellent facilities, and I particularly appreciated the gym and the helpfulness of the coach and staff. These aspects contributed positively to our stay.

1. Food Variety and Quality The food was average, and I found the variety somewhat limited, with the selection being heavily dominated by Indian cuisine. During most of our dinners, there was no red meat available. A more diverse menu, catering to different tastes and preferences, would greatly improve the dining experience. also Dining area should be bigger to avoid 15 min wait in the line to get in, but still the service is stopped ontime, 2. Electric Vehicle Charging, A Major Disappointment The hotel profile advertises electric vehicle charging facilities, which was one of the services I expected to be available during my stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed that the charging station was broken. What made the situation particularly frustrating was the lack of assistance or alternative solutions. I ended up spending almost half a day outside the hotel trying to find somewhere to charge my car. The hotel staff were unable to provide useful information or recommend nearby charging stations. If a facility advertised by the hotel is temporarily unavailable, guests should be informed in advance whenever possible. At the very least, the hotel should proactively assist guests by providing alternative charging locations or practical solutions.

All staff were exceptional from the beginning of our stay. I was staying for a two day event and I felt very looked after. The man on reception was very helpful, I wish I got his name!

Rooms were renovated the bathroom is spacious and I loved the most about this hotel

The main pool was under renovation so not available and we didn’t like at all the alternative one at the beach. We booked two connecting family rooms although we arrived the hotel early before the check in time to enjoy the beach, the reception called us at 3:35 pm to receive one room of our two rooms and the second one was ready around 4 pm! This is the first time it happens to us. Any hotel that has facilities not available for any reasons should announce this on their website and through the booking agency like booking.com clearly before we book! Specially that we booked non refundable!
