They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village.

Everything was great about this hotel except for the parking tower. I would just say to prepare to wait to drop off you car and get your car when you park in the hotel parking tower

All was good except the fitness area which lacks weights and equipment. Otherwise the hotel is really nice clean and friendly staff
