Great location on the beach and roght beside the mall. Huge airy rooms with amazing views. Our 2nd time back for our wedding anniversary and the staff was very welcoming.
The rooms are definitely showing there age and worn.

Die Lage ist toll, man ist direkt am Strand und am American Village. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Der Balkon mit Ausblick ist super.
Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Wir mussten wegen eines Taifuns früher abreisen und hatten um die Erstattung einer No-Show-Rate gebeten. Das Hotelpersonal hat komplett auf taubstumm umgeschaltet. Eine Reaktion der Verwaltung auf Mails erfolgte nie. Auch der nette Booking-Kundenservice erhielt nie eine Antwort. So geht man mit Anfragen nicht um.
