The bed was super comfortable and the spacious room had good aircon and was not noisy. Guiseppe was very kind and carried our suitcases up 70 steps to our room. The terrace was lovely - quite private and quiet.
Open plan toilet and shower!
Our room was perfect for a short stay but lacked comfortable chairs to relax in.

The location is wonderful - within minutes of most of the main sites, great bars and restaurants, plus the train station. We could not fault the room- it’s clean, elegant and had great views from the rooftop terrace. Tastefully and sympathetically renovated. Check-in and check out were super simple! Some people mention the stairs but we are in our 50s - this really was not a problem! Would definitely recommend.

Good quality - especially for price. Great location (2 minute walk to the intersection between the two main streets) in the middle of Palermo. Exceptional service owner (I assume) was lovely.
Provide a couple coffee pods for the machine and maybe some milk capsules. Other than that for the price couldn’t think of anything.
