Tout d'abord, la propreté laisse à désirer. Nous avons constaté que plusieurs verres présents dans le lave-vaisselle n'étaient pas propres et que d'autres, rangés dans les placards, étaient également sales.
Ensuite, l'état général de l'appartement ne correspond en rien aux photos et à la description de l'annonce publiée sur Booking. Ou Airbnb
l'état du billard ? Il est fortement détérioré et inutilisable. Les stores de la terrasse sont complètement déchirés. La porte de la première chambre a manifestement été défoncée et ne représente aucune sécurité pour les personnes qui y dorment, puisqu'elle peut s'ouvrir à tout moment.
Je ne parle même pas de l'état de la salle de bain : les parois de douche sont très sales et les bouches de VMC sont dans un état déplorable.
Concernant le spa, nous avons également été très déçus. L'eau était sale, avec du sable au fond. De plus, l'annonce Booking laisse clairement entendre que le spa fait partie de l'appartement. Or, nous avons découvert qu'il se situe dans l'hôtel voisin, qu'il est accessible uniquement sur des horaires précis et qu'il est partagé avec l'ensemble des clients de l'établissement. Cette prestation ne correspond donc pas à ce qui est présenté dans l'annonce.
Au vu de l'ensemble de ces éléments, cette prestation ne justifie absolument pas le prix que nous avons payé.
Par ailleurs, j'avais offert ce séjour à mes collaborateurs. Malheureusement, plusieurs d'entre eux ont préféré quitter les lieux dès le premier soir, et d'autres sont partis le lendemain matin. Quant à nous, nous avons également pris la décision de quitter le gîte avant la date prévu.
Nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui n'a rien voulu entendre et nous a répondu que pour le prix payé cela était juste.
