• Parties and events prohibited—quiet residential neighborhood

• No outdoor noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., including the hot tub

• No smoking indoors; an ashtray is available on the patio

• Clean the grill after use and turn off the gas

• Upon departure: tidy up the kitchen; place empty bottles in the recycling bin
