Frustration. First time I pass through such situation.

Location

The apartment seemed super nice at the beginning, for the first 5 minutes. Then the AC started making weird sounds and it was very disturbing, we couldn’t sleep normally. Also, there was no internet in the apartment, we had to buy mobile internet packages. In the morning we went for a walk and when we came back we discovered that she shower is clogged. We tried to unclog it ourselves, bought the supplies, did some DIY, but it didn’t fix anything. Because the shower was clogged all the sinks and toilet were not good at draining water too. As this was not enough, after lunch the power went off. It was 38 degrees outside and we couldn’t shower or cool down with the AC. We came for a concert and it was the day of it. So you can imagine the frustration it caused. We weren’t able to shower, get nice and ready, my girlfriend couldn’t do the outfit, hair and make up she wanted. But the story doesn’t stop here. While we were at the Weekend concert we received a message that we can’t use the toilet or any sink. We asked to relocate us to the apartment next door or at least give us some solution. All we heard was “sorry for the inconvenience” or “thanks for understanding”. No solutions provided or even partial reimbursement offered. In the morning we had to ask neighbours to let us in to at least wash the face and brush our teeth. They were kind enough and let us and then the landlord said that the pipe caused so much damage that the neighbours downstairs were flooded and forbid our neighbours to use water as well to avoid more damage and flooding. After everything we just received another message saying “sorry for any inconvenience”. The problem was there way before we moved in and was just waiting to arise. The owner admitted that this was not a first time. So why not fix it properly instead of letting people rent it and then tell us right before check in to be careful with the toilet and sink? The neighbourhood is not safe.

Bardzo przyjemny obiekt, zdecydowanie polecam! 😊 Wszystko było czyste, zadbane i zgodne z opisem. Dużym plusem jest świe

Czyste, ładne bardzo udogodnione mieszkanie! Świetnie wyposażone!🥰

Pobyt ok, mimo wymienionych niedogodności.

Dobra lokalizacja, na piechotę blisko do większości głównych punktów zwiedzania Warszawy i środków transportu. Bez kłopotu znalazłem miejsce na zaparkowanie auta. Perfekcyjnie przygotowany pokój. Czysto i pachnąco. Butelka dobrego wina na powitanie :)

Cóż... Zawiodło wifi, które miało być w obiekcie, ale przez cały czas nie działało, mimo zgłoszenia tego faktu. I druga rzecz ...
