Byt byl opravdu velmi čistý — koupelna i toaleta perfektně uklizené a vše bylo připravené k okamžitému používání. Postele jsou pohodlné, v bytě je dostatek úložného prostoru i zásuvek. Lokalita je skvělá, kousek od centra, v okolí supermarket i mnoho dalších podniků a oblast na nás působila bezpečně. Fotky odpovídají realitě. Kuchyň je plně vybavená, v koupelně je k dispozici pračka, fén i vana. Majitel byl velmi ochotný a rychle vyřešil naši prosbu ohledně uspořádání postelí. Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni — poměr cena/výkon je skvělý a ubytování doporučujeme. Určitě bychom se znovu při návštěvě Varšavy vrátili!
U druhého pokoje by podle nás byla lepší klasická postel místo rozkládacího gauče - zvýšila by celkový komfort ubytování. Takto to působilo jako studentská kolej oproti zbytku bytu. Také bych ocenila informaci předem, že při rezervaci pro dvě osoby je automaticky připravena manželská postel, což nemusí být ideální například pro kamarády nebo kolegy. Jediným výraznějším mínusem byl zápach kombinace odpadu a lehké vlhkosti/plísně, který byl cítit po bytě, hlavně v kuchyni. Po čase to bylo cítit i z oblečení. Škoda, že nebyly dveře do kuchyně.

A nice spacious apartment, close to Nowy Swiat and bars and restaurants, within walking distance of Centrum.
Landed in Warsaw at 11:00 am. Check in not available until 3:00 pm so had to out suitcase in storage. Then received a message that check wasn’t available until 4:00 pm. Got to the apartment at 4:00 but still wasn’t available. Finally got into apartment at 5:00 pm. There was a strange smell in the kitchen area also.

Lokalizacja,łatwy meldunek,2 duze sypialnie +pokój TV..Kuchnia ze zmywarką ,w łazience pralka.
Brudno.Odpychająca,łuszcząca sie rogówka w pokoju z wielkimi plamami.Woda w wannie bardzo wolno spływa, garnek w kuchni z czymś gęstym i przypalonym.
