The location was incredibly perfect: we were able to walk everywhere so easily!! The apartment is a bit old and would benefit from a little refresher, but it was clean and very comfortable, and the perfect size for 2 people for a few days. It really felt like we lived like real New Yorkers, and that’s truly amazing. I would definitely want to stay there again when I come back to NYC!
The lack of elevator is a bit tough, but nothing terrible!

La zona es muy bonita y el departamento es cómodo y en buena ubicación.
Hay que subir escaleras, para nosotras estuvo bien, pero para personas con poca movilidad es complicado.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and was well supplied for cooking. The management team communicated well, were very responsive & accommodating. I also briefly got to meet the host, she was also accommodating, helpful & gracious.
The apartment is on the 5th floor in an old building, so it took awhile to get hot water in the shower. Also there's no elevator, which wasn't a problem for us, but guests will need to carry their bags up steep steps to the 5th floor.
