About this apartment rental
Farm Vacation on Lake Constance: Family-friendly, wheelchair-accessible, and close to the fairgrounds. Surrounded by fruit trees, our farm is located on the outskirts of town, about 5 km from Lake Constance. A wide range of play options, a petting zoo, sports activities, relaxation, and fun in nature. Spend your well-deserved vacation days with friendly hospitality in a scenically beautiful setting.
The Terra apartment is located in the old cowshed on the first floor. It is accessible through the side entrance. Its color scheme and furnishings are designed and decorated in a Mediterranean style. We’ve succeeded in creating a charming and very cozy atmosphere throughout the rooms. Here, your vacation will be an unforgettable experience! The apartment features a large living-dining-kitchen area with access to the terrace, two separate bedrooms, and a very spacious bathroom with a toilet. What makes the Terra apartment special is that it is completely barrier-free and equipped for wheelchair users. You’ll have plenty of space to turn around in every room and can move about freely. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a shower seat, a wheelchair-accessible sink, and is equipped with all necessary supports and grab bars. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are also available for your use. The bedrooms feature sliding-door closets, raised beds, and light switches next to the beds. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other is furnished with two single beds. Due to the spacious layout, a crib or extra bed for a fifth person can be accommodated in either room. The kitchen is wheelchair-accessible, and we’ve ensured that everything is within reach from a wheelchair (even the oven is raised). The patio is level and wheelchair-accessible. All window handles are positioned lower, and of course, wide doors are installed throughout the apartment. Our Terra apartment has already been tested and occupied by a wide variety of wheelchair users. Whether older or younger, in a manual or electric wheelchair. Even a lift could be set up in the bedroom and bathroom. Everyone agreed that the apartment is very well laid out and equipped.
