Our exclusive country suites are located on the absolutely peaceful outskirts of the vacation town of Oberteuringen. Your vacation home serves as an ideal starting point year-round for numerous activities around Lake Constance and is a particularly beautiful place to relax. In our spacious garden, everyone can find their own favorite spot. There are quiet areas for sunbathing or reading a book in peace, as well as play areas for the children. The garden features seating areas where you can enjoy coffee together or spend cozy evenings barbecuing. Our animals also love having visitors. Our rabbit enclosure is open to the public so that children can feed and pet them. The two ponies and goats are especially popular. Anyone who’d like to is welcome to help with feeding, mucking out, and grooming. Our café lounge, with a view of the entire garden and pool, invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. There you’ll find a selection of delicious local products and beverages from our region. In the wellness area, you’ll find a large sauna as well as comfortable loungers overlooking the pool. For children, in addition to the playground in the garden, there’s also a playroom with foosball and toys for toddlers. Included in the price are parking spaces, bike racks, Wi-Fi, use of the sauna, pony rides (held about twice a week), a barbecue, toddler and baby gear, bed linens, and towels. The property also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a bread roll delivery service. Our popular vacation rental in Überlingen is located on the 2nd floor of Landhaus Hoher and offers plenty of space for up to 6 people in its 80 square meters. Spend an eventful yet relaxing vacation in tranquil Upper Swabia, not far from Lake Constance, surrounded by a unique natural landscape. In the two spacious bedrooms of your vacation rental, comfortable beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The first bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). A crib or a lounge chair can be added here upon request. The second bedroom is furnished with three single beds. The windows are equipped with blackout curtains and mosquito screens so you can sleep soundly. The cozy and bright living/dining room is a wonderful place to relax. It features a dining set, two sofas, and a TV. The fully equipped, separate kitchen allows you to cook just like at home. The large, bright bathroom, filled with natural light, features a shower, a toilet, and two sinks. This apartment does not have its own balcony, but there are plenty of spots in the garden to sit together and sunbathe.
