This spacious 87-square-meter vacation apartment on the first floor of a well-maintained 8-unit building is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood near Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. The centerpiece is the light-filled living/dining room with a large window front and access to the covered south/east-facing balcony (15 square meters) offering a magnificent view of the Kampenwand.
The high-quality amenities include, among other things, a modern NOLTE built-in kitchen with Siemens appliances, stylish furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. Two bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom, featuring a tub, shower, and washing machine, along with a separate guest restroom, provide additional comfort.

The vacation rental is centrally located in Bernau am Chiemsee with excellent transportation links: The A8 (Munich–Salzburg) is about 300 m away, and shopping is just 150 m away. The train station, with direct connections to Munich and Salzburg, is a 10–15-minute walk away.
Lake Chiemsee, Chiemseepark Felden, and the boat dock for Herreninsel are only about 700 m away. Bicycle rentals, the tourist information office, and rehabilitation centers are also located in the immediate vicinity.
Numerous destinations such as Aschau (Kampenwand), Grassau, Ruhpolding, and Reit im Winkl are within easy reach and offer a wide range of opportunities for hiking, biking, or winter sports.
