At the same time, you’re right in the heart of town, where everything is within easy reach. A private parking space is available exclusively for you right in front of the house. You’ll also find a wallbox there where you can conveniently charge your electric car using your own charging card. A lockable garage is available for your bicycles. You can start your day with a delicious cup of coffee on the balcony—complete with a mountain view—and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer. To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, the bedroom features a cozy box-spring double bed with hotel-quality bedding. Furthermore, a high-quality sofa bed with an extra sleeping function was selected. Another highlight is the air conditioning, which ensures a comfortable indoor climate even on warm days.In addition, the apartment offers a spacious dining area for up to four people—perfect for shared meals and social evenings. Relax in the living room with its cozy atmosphere, which is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV including Netflix and Internet TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies in the best picture quality. A high-quality Weber grill awaits you on the balcony—perfect for relaxing evenings under the open sky.
