Welcome to Haus Strandperle, newly built in 2019/2020, located at Sydowstraße 8 in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea. This 6-unit building is located in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea.

The beach is just under 200 meters away, and the center of Niendorf—with its charming cafés, restaurants, shops, and fishing harbor—is a 5- to 10-minute walk away. A newly built large supermarket and a bakery for your morning rolls are just a few meters away.

For cycling enthusiasts, there’s an opportunity just a few hundred meters from the house to explore the beautiful countryside along the Brodten Steilufer.

If you’d like to engage in other sports, you can play a round of golf at the Travemünde Golf Course, which is only about 4.9 km away, or go for a swim at the seawater indoor pool just 180 m away.

The modern one-room apartment No. 7 in the Strandperle building has approximately 22 square meters of living space and offers plenty of room for up to 2 people.

The centerpiece of this tastefully and high-quality furnished home is the modern living room with a sofa set that pulls out to serve as a bed (150x200 cm). You’ll also find a flat-screen TV and an internet radio. From the living/sleeping area of the vacation rental, you have access to the furnished terrace (facing south).

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill function, and a dishwasher.
The Niendorf vacation apartment is further complemented by a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Electric exterior blinds are installed in the rooms of the apartment, ensuring you can enjoy peace and quiet and a restful night’s sleep.
Underfloor heating throughout the house provides additional comfort.

There is an electric vehicle charging station on the property (Type 2 plug and 22 kW), which is available for a fee. There is only one charging station for all eleven apartments (located at parking space 2), so guests must coordinate with one another.

This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.

In addition, a controlled ventilation system has been installed to ensure a healthy indoor climate.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies, including one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
