About this apartment rental
Enjoy the best days of the year at the Baltic resort of Niendorf. In this resort with a very special atmosphere—fully developed for tourism yet still very quiet—our apartment is located right on the beautiful, sun-drenched Baltic Sea beach. The seaside promenade invites you to take a leisurely stroll.
You’re not renting a luxury apartment, but a nice, small apartment from which you can walk straight to the beach in your swimsuit and bathrobe. The apartment building is located right next to the beautiful mountain range, which invites you to go for a walk. The apartment doesn’t have a sea view; it faces the street. My husband and I love this little apartment, which is perfect for a mother, father, and child.
It’s in the romantic fishing harbor. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Niendorf Bird Park. A seawater indoor pool (5 minutes away), the Kurhaus with occasional events, various restaurants, shopping, cruises on the Baltic Sea, Sea Life Timmendorf, and much more to keep you entertained,

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was wir für ein verlängertes Wochenende an der Ostsee benötigten. WLAN sowie der gratis Stellplatz vor der Tür haben alles abgerundet. Die Lage war super und wir konnten alles was wir brauchten fußläufig erreichen. Der Strand war ebenfalls super zu erreichen.

Ein kleines aber sehr nettes Studio. Klappbett war gewöhnungsbedürftig, jedoch leicht handzuhaben. Wir haben gut geschlafen.

Wir wurden nett empfangen, sogar mit einem Sekt auf dem Zimmer. Die Lage fast direkt am Strand ist super! FeWo ist aber nur für 2 Personen geeignet, mit Kind ist es schon sehr eng. Besonders mit extra Kinderbett. Wlan vorhanden, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Preis/Leistung völlig ok. Balkon ist zur Straße, aber diese ist wenig befahren. (zumindest momentan wegen Baustelle)
Einzige negative Punkte:
- keine komplette Abdunklung des Zimmers möglich (zu wenige Vorhänge). Sehr schlecht wenn man ein Baby dabei hat.
- Duschkopf und Toilettendeckel müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden, da defekt/lose.
- leider keine Mikrowelle und Backofen vorhanden.
- Schrankbett knarckst ganz schrecklich bei jedem Umdrehen
