Welcome to Haus Strandperle, newly built in 2019/2020, located at Sydowstraße 8 in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea. This 6-unit building is located in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea.

The beach is just under 200 meters away from here, and the center of Niendorf—with its charming cafes, restaurants, shops, and fishing harbor—is a 5–10-minute walk away. A newly built large supermarket and a bakery for your morning rolls are just a few meters away.

For cycling enthusiasts, there’s an opportunity to explore the beautiful countryside along the Brodten cliffs just a few hundred meters from the house.

If you’d like to engage in other sports, you can play a round of golf at the Travemünde Golf Course, which is only about 4.9 km away, or go for a swim at the seawater indoor pool just 180 m away.

The modern 3-room apartment No. 10 in the Strandperle building spans approximately 67 square meters of living space across two levels and offers ample room for up to 4 people. The floor plan is as follows:

Upper Floor: Living and dining area, open kitchen, Bedroom I, bathroom with shower/toilet, balcony (facing east), hallway with coat closet, utility room
Basement: Bedroom II

The heart of this tastefully and luxuriously furnished home is the modern living room, featuring a sofa set, internet radio, flat-screen TV, and dining area. You also have access from the living room to the furnished balcony, which offers a view of the sea.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Bedroom I is furnished with a high-quality double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and an additional flat-screen TV.

In addition, the upper floor of the Niendorf vacation rental is completed by a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A staircase leads from the entryway to the attic of the apartment.

Bedroom II is located in the attic of the Niendorf/Baltic Sea vacation rental and is furnished with two single beds (each 100x200 cm) and an additional flat-screen TV. You can also see the sea from Bedroom II.

Electric exterior blinds are installed in almost all rooms of the apartment, ensuring you can enjoy peace and quiet and a restful night’s sleep. The triangular window in the attic is equipped with a blackout pleated blind.

Underfloor heating throughout the entire house ensures additional comfort.

Both a washing machine and a dryer are available for your use in the complex’s shared laundry room.

There is an outdoor parking space for your car next to the house.
There is an electric vehicle charging station on the property (Type 2 plug and 22 kW) available for a fee. There is only one charging station for all eleven apartments (located at parking space 2), so guests must coordinate among themselves.
This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.

In addition, a controlled ventilation system has been installed to ensure a healthy indoor climate.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
