About this apartment rental
Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for an additional fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.
Location
The Johannsen House at Strandstraße 150 in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea is located directly across from the pier. It’s about 50 meters to the beach and the center of Niendorf/Ostsee. All you have to do is cross Strandstraße once, and you’ll be on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach with your feet in the water. You can also reach the Niendorf harbor in just a few minutes on foot. The promenade begins right across from this beautiful vacation home.

This very modern apartment offers a fantastic view of the sea! The Sunrise vacation rental in Niendorf is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The living room features a large couch area that doubles as a sleeping area for 2 people, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a stereo system with a radio.
In the dining area, you can enjoy an incredible sunrise overlooking the Baltic Sea while having breakfast with a fresh cup of coffee from the drip coffee maker or the Nespresso Lattissima One capsule machine.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm). The bathroom in the Niendorf vacation rental features a double sink, a shower, and a bathtub. The furnished, north-facing balcony with its stunning ocean view rounds out this beautiful vacation home.
