Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for a fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.

Welcome to Haus Timmare in Timmendorfer Strand! This modern vacation complex is located directly on Strandallee and was built in 2011. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the shopping district with its many stores, restaurants, and cafés. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is also just a few meters away. This exclusive vacation home in Timmendorfer Strand offers the perfect setting for a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation!
Amenities
This modern 3-room apartment No. 11, “Ostseeglück,” features a modern living room with a sofa set, flat-screen TV, a high-quality Bose sound system, and a cozy dining area. The open-concept kitchen, equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher, is directly adjacent. The balcony, accessible from here, features an awning.
This vacation apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has an additional TV. Two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and shower, and one with a shower—are available for the whole family. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the vacation apartment can be darkened. Two furnished, spacious balconies (west and north/east) offer plenty of room to wind down peacefully after a wonderful day at the beach.
Special Features
The Timmare building has an elevator and a bike storage room. The apartment has free Wi-Fi—not included in the contract. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use here.
A travel crib with a mattress and a high chair are available free of charge in this apartment.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. The rental includes an underground parking space (entrance height approx. 1.90 m). The Domizil Timmare building has an elevator and a bicycle storage room (we cannot guarantee space for your bicycles).
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies, including one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
Optional services available for booking:
- Bed linens: 31.18 EUR per stay
- Towel package: 12.47 EUR per stay
