This exclusive 3-room maisonette penthouse is located in a prime spot in Timmendorfer Strand, very close to the Baltic Sea and the town center with its many restaurants and shops.

You’ll spend your vacation in a cozy, light-filled, open-concept living and dining area with attractive lighting.
Here you’ll find a cozy sofa set, a beautiful dining area, a TV, and an all-in-one audio system with Wi-Fi, radio, and CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen island featuring an induction cooktop, an oven with a microwave, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, coffee maker, Tassimo coffee capsule machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
From the beautiful living area, there is access to the magnificent south-facing rooftop terrace, which is equipped with patio furniture, a beach chair, and an electric awning—the perfect spot to relax.
The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.0 m with a full-length topper) and a TV, and also offers access to the rooftop terrace.
The high-quality, modern shower room with underfloor heating, a towel warmer, and a washer-dryer is located directly across from it.
