Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for a fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.

A vacation right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand—that’s what the Kaufmannshof on Begstraße (at the corner of Strandallee) offers you. The like-new vacation apartments are located in a centrally situated residential and commercial building. You don’t necessarily have to drive your car out of the building’s underground parking garage to go grocery shopping. An Edeka grocery store and a pharmacy are just a short walk away. The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many shops, boutiques, and restaurants, is just a few steps away. The beautiful sandy beach is about 300 meters away.

The Timmendorfer Strand Vacation Apartment No. 2 at the Kaufmannshof awaits you on the 2nd floor. This vacation home features two rooms and is very modernly equipped. The apartment offers a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a spacious living room with a leather sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, stereo system, dining area, and an open-concept kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, the Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment features a large bathroom with a shower and bidet, as well as a separate guest restroom. The beautiful, furnished balcony facing southwest rounds out this centrally located vacation home on the Baltic Sea.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the vacation home. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This is a non-smoking vacation home. An underground parking space is available for your car (entry height approx. 2.0 m). The building also has an elevator that will take you comfortably up to the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available for guests in the building.
There is an electric charging station for cars at the parking space; it can be used for a one-time fee of €50—please book this service separately.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies, including one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
