From your private balcony, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air; the beach itself is only about 150 meters away and can be reached in just a few minutes.
Two well-equipped bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The master bedroom features a double bed, a TV, and an open closet. The second bedroom offers three single beds and access to an additional guest bathroom.

The apartment is particularly well-suited for families and all guests who value both comfort and a central location close to the beach. Shopping (about 550 m), restaurants, and the town center are within walking distance. The train station is also easily accessible, located about 1,800 meters away, ensuring a convenient arrival.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped. It features a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all standard kitchen utensils. For relaxing evenings, the apartment offers a hi-fi system and two televisions.

The bathroom is functionally and modernly equipped with a walk-in shower, two sinks, a mirror, a makeup mirror, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the basement.

For families with children, the apartment offers a high chair, board games, and proximity to playgrounds.

A parking space at the building is reserved for you. A charging station for electric cars is also available.
