The flat is small (there's a kitchenette but no lounge, or TV) but clean and tidy. The bed is comfy. It's at the back of the building, so there's no road noise. The host was communicative before, during and after the stay. The kitchen has the basic you need to cook a meal - there's a tesco a short walk away, and some nice pubs and a good chippy nearby.
As a crash pad, with easy access to the city centre, the place is fine.
It also takes dogs for an extra fee. I was charged £20.
I used the place as a crash pad, so the lack of lounge wasn't an issue for me - it could be for other people.
The location isn't quite as described on the website - it's near the Slow and Steady pub on Abingdon Road, not on St Aldates. That was the first point of confusion when trying to find it.
The second point of confusion is the picture of the house you're provided when checking in is AI, not real. And the AI picture isn't accurate. The look of the house is different, as is the front door.
The room heaters were also somewhat perplexing to use. I contacted the owner, and they appeared to spring into life.

The property was brand new and perfect - lovely appliances, comfortable seating and bedding. Everything was spic and span. There were individual toiletry products provided and the neatest little packet of kitchen necessities ever - from sponges and dish detergent to clothes washer tablets. The shower was roomy and easy to operate. (It sometimes takes a rocket scientist to figure things out…)
Amer explained the Oxford trash pickup system, which sometimes causes overflowing outside bins. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Everything very neat, compact and clean.
The front door of the flat (not of the building) was difficult to get into with the key provided, and then impossible to lock from the outside (the door had obviously warped a little from humidity), so I had to carry any vaulable around with me rather than leaving them at the flat.

Inchecken ging makkelijk en dmv een sleutelkastje. We konden wat vroeger inchecken en de koffers achterlaten, wat heel fijn was. Met een minuut of 20 wandelen sta je in het centrum. De locatie op de kaart van Booking.com was niet de juiste locatie, het appartement lag wat verder weg van het centrum.
Het appartement was niet heel schoon, oa badmatje was niet proper, er lag gruis in de badkamer. Het bed is 1.40m breed dus niet zozeer geschikt om als vrienden in te liggen. Het appartement heeft wat het nodige heeft maar een lekker plekje om te zitten is er niet. Voor een nacht prima maar ik zou er geen week verblijven.
