Everything!
Everything was just perfect!

I stayed here for 2 nights alone. I received a delicious welcome drink on arrival.
The room was lovely and comfortable. I loved the walk in shower. The hotel made umbrellas available for guests which was really appreciated due to it being rainy season. The hotel also provided bottled water for no extra cost each day. The mattress, duvet and pillows were also very comfortable. I slept like a baby! The options at breakfast were plentiful and delicious.
I used the free Tuk Tuk to visit Boat Avenue which was a nice addition to the hotel experience.
On my final day I asked about late check out and Grace was able to arrange a complimentary late check out at 4pm free of charge. Special thanks to her and the whole team who made my stay so enjoyable.
The only thing I can fault is the view from the balcony which overlooked the roof of a neighbouring building.

Hotel neuf, mobilier neuf, bonne douche.
Dommage. Nombreuses constructions a proximite.
