I like the spot, it was really beautiful and easy to communicate
The beds are not that comfortable and in the shower the water makes a mess

The location was amazing and perfect for exploring Lecce. You are close to all the sights and not too far from parking out of the ZTL. If you're looking for a place to sleep at night, this is perfect.
Unfortunately the room was full of mosquitoes when we arrived. There were small blood spots on the walls from prior guests killing the mosquitoes against the wall. We spent about 2 hours trying to kill all the mosquitoes. There are no screens on the windows, so you can't open the windows during mosquito season. It is a historic beautiful building and probably not easy to add screens, but the room adjacent to ours had screens.

The room was very spacious and therefore comfortable.
It would have been helpful to be informed that there is roadwork in the area, which leads to machinery being started up as early as 6:30 AM. Furthermore, a party taking place nearby until 3:00 AM did not exactly contribute to a good night's sleep. Additionally, the refrigerator compressor kicks in very frequently.
