Obwohl wir für fünf Personen gebucht haben, war 1 Bett zuwenig. Duschgel und Sammpoo im Badezimmer war ganz leer. Nicht zu vergessen waren zu wenig Handtücher da.

Erhebliche Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsrisiken! Wir haben die Wohnung als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind gebucht. Der Zustand der Unterkunft war aus unserer Sicht in vielen Punkten gefährlich und gesundheitsgefährdend. Bereits bei Ankunft war die Wohnung verschmutzt. Auf dem Boden lagen Schmutz, Steinchen und sogar zwei größere Glassplitter, eine akute Verletzungsgefahr, besonders für unser Kind. Es bestehen zahlreiche Sicherheitsmängel: lose Stromkabel an der Decke, teilweise fehlende Rauchmelder (in Deutschland vorgeschrieben), herausstehende Nägel in Türen, ein abgebrochener Küchengriff mit scharfer Kante, hochstehendes Laminat (Stolpergefahr), instabile Möbel, bei einem Stuhl fehlen zwei Schrauben (Sturzgefahr), extrem wackelige Tische, beschädigte und scharfkantige Möbel- und Türbereiche. Der bauliche Zustand ist insgesamt mangelhaft: Schimmel in der Dusche und an weiteren Wänden (Gesundheitsrisiko), stark verschmutzte Wände, Risse, teilweise abgeplatzter Putz, rostige Heizkörper, beschädigte Fliesenfugen sowie diverse weitere Beschädigungen. Zusätzlich gab es Probleme mit dem Warmwasser: einmal komplett ausgefallen, danach nur lauwarm, am Abreisetag erneut kein heißes Wasser. Die Wohnung ist ein sehr hellhöriger Altbau. Sämtliche Geräusche der sehr lauten Nachbarn waren deutlich hörbar. Erholung oder ruhiger Schlaf, gerade mit Kind, waren kaum möglich. Auch die Beschreibung war irreführend: „Kaffee“ wird angegeben, vorhanden ist lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine ohne Kaffee oder Pads. Duschgel war leer. Fazit: Dies sind keine Schönheitsmängel, sondern gravierende Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Komfortprobleme. Die Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht keinesfalls familiengeeignet und stellt insbesondere für Kinder ein erhebliches Risiko dar.
