unpleasant new years

the apartment can fit 8 people

When we arrived, everything was dirty, as if it had been used before. There were stains on the blankets, moldy dishes in the sink, and trash left behind. It was especially unpleasant on the first day, since after a long trip, we had to spend almost 6 hours of our stay cleaning. I contacted Booking support, but they basically did nothing. If you value staying in a clean place and don’t want to deal with unhelpful customer support, do not choose this place.

Limpeza ! Cheguei no apartamento estava tudo bagunçado e sujo , toalhas por todo lugar sujas , lixos por jogar , o apartamento estava um lixo, várias garrafas de bebidas , preservativos e espremas por todo lugar tive que chegar e ainda ir limpar depois de uma viajem longa . Falta de caráter e consideração com cliente eu vou mandar todas as fotos e vídeos pro booking pra ver o estava que eles colocam o apartamento pros clientes .

Eu aluguei o apartamento pelo aplicativo e vi as fotos era de um jeito quando eu cheguei o apartamento é totalmente diferente com um monte de cama em todo lugar uma bagunça e uma falta de higiene completa

Absteige anstatt Urlaub

So leid es mir tut, es gibt nichts positives. Die Unterkunft ist eine heruntergekommene Dreckbude. Die Bilder zeigen entweder den Neuzustand oder sind durch Fotoshop bearbeitet. Kein funken Sauberkeit, kein bisschen Wohnlichkeit. Vermieter telefonisch nicht zu erreichen ( wie uns berichtet wurde ist das immer so ). Internet nicht nutzbar, da W Lan nicht existiert. Kein Wort über eine Wohnung im 3. OG, bis kurz vor Anreise! Schlüsselcode falsch, erst auf Nachricht über Booking.com eine Antwort. Hier standen wohl schon mehrfach Leute über Stunden vor der Tür und haben auf Hilfe gehofft.

Alles ! Dreck, heruntergekommenes Mobiliar, Wohnung im 3. OG, kein Internet nutzbar. Am Tisch können nicht mal 4 Leute gemütlich essen, wir waren zu 5. 1 Doppelbett ist so schmal, dass dort keine 2 Leute hätten schlafen können. Die Dusche hat einen Vorhang, welcher 15 cm zu kurz ist. Im Trockner liegt Wäsche. da er aus war muss diese wohl schon länger drin gelegen haben. In einem Schrank lagerte Bettwäsche ( soweit man es erkennen konnte ) einfach rein geschmissen. Spiegel wurden scheinbar abgewischt mit Milch, anders kann ich mir nicht erklären wie man einen Spiegel so verschmutzen kann. Die Spülmaschine stank abartig, da weder Salz noch Klarspüler enthalten waren. Entsprechend sah das Geschirr aus. Tapete sie sich löst, welche mit Klebestreifen versucht wurde fest zu bekommen. Massive Wollmäuse unter den Betten, gepaart mit Haaren der vergangenen Bewohner. Waschbecken kaputt, Handtuchhalter kaputt, kurz vorm abfallen. Der angegebene Balkon ist ein mini Bereich zum Hinterhof, den man sich mit den Nachbarn teilt. Der allerdings auch noch nie eine Reinigung erfahren hat. Ein Schornsteinfegertermin sollte uns mitgeteilt werden, was nicht geschah. Der Zufall hat diesem dann die Tür geöffnet. Leider kann man nicht mehr Bilder einfügen, um den Gesamtzustand zu zeigen. Wer nur einen Funken an Qualität erhofft ist hier falsch!

Schöne große Wohnung. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG. Das ist gut zu wissen für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Einen Parkplatz muss man sich suchen, da die Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz besitzt. Auch im Innenhof sind leider alle Parkplätze belegt gewesen. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten eine nette Wohnung.
