RIALTOQUATTRO – An elegant two-level home in the heart of the village of Cerro, just a short walk from the lake.

An authentic and private space with its own garden and a shaded outdoor dining area, ideal for those who want to enjoy the lake and the village on foot.

Carefully renovated in 2025, the home retains the charm of its original architecture—exposed wooden beams, walnut ceilings, and a traditional fireplace—combined with modern comforts and high-quality finishes.

The unit occupies the ground and first floors of a traditional three-story house and has its own private entrance. The house also includes a separate attic unit, accessed via an external staircase.

The location is ideal for exploring Cerro without a car: the lake, small harbor, and beach, as well as restaurants, bars, a grocery store, a children’s playground, and a sailing school, are all within easy walking distance.

Private parking is available upon request directly in front of the house (suitable for small cars); alternatively, a large public parking lot is located about 100 meters away.

The first floor features a welcoming entryway with a fireplace, a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a small private green patio, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for six, a recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and induction cooktop, opens onto a large private outdoor area surrounded by lush jasmine hedges, palm trees, and lemon trees. It features a shaded dining area for 8–10 people and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.

The first floor includes a cozy relaxation area with a one-and-and-a-half-size sofa bed, the master bedroom overlooking the village and the mountain peaks on the Piedmont shore, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower overlooking the garden.

The house is ideally located for visiting the Borromean Islands, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, Angera Castle, and the Sasso del Ferro aerial cableway.

Laveno Mombello is about a 10-minute drive away and offers a wider selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and other services, as well as the ferry terminal connecting the two shores of Lake Maggiore, including car ferry services.
